Accepted payment methods
We accept payments via Paypal. All prices are in GB Pounds. By paying via Paypal you can pay safely and securely using your own Paypal account or by using your credit card. Note that Heritage Ulster does not see nor hold any of your credit card information. For more information on Paypal please refer to the Paypal website.

Order processing
Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days after payment has been received. Delivery times are outside our control, but within the UK you should expect to receive your item(s) within 4-7 days. Overseas items may also be subject to Customs clearance and you should expect to receive your item(s) within 10 working days.

Returns Policy
As a consumer you have a right to return an order within a 7 day cooling-off period (starting from the day after you receive the goods). If you wish to cancel the goods please email us at mail@heritageulster.co.uk and send the item(s) back to:

If you are cancelling an order under your statutory rights ( eg. because the goods are faulty or not as described ) then we will pay your postage costs.
If you are cancelling an order not under your statutory rights then we will not refund your postage costs.

Postage and Packing (UK)
Within the UK your purchase will be posted either by Second Class or by Parcel Force 3-5 day delivery. Total postage and packing costs will be stated clearly at checkout.

Postage and Packing (International)
Outside the UK your purchase will be posted to you by Airmail.Total postage and packing costs will be stated clearly at checkout.
